These terms apply to all orders and services from Shubham Computer ("we", "us"), 9, Shubham Vihar, Mahesh Nagar, Jaipur, Rajasthan - 302015. By placing an order or using this website you agree to them.

1. Services and quotations

We provide printing, binding, finishing, branding material, and website and app development. Quotations are based on the details you give us (size, quantity, paper, finish, deadline). If the requirements change, the price may change. A quotation is valid for the period stated on it, or otherwise for a reasonable time, and an order is confirmed only when we accept it.

2. Artwork, files and customer content

• You are responsible for the accuracy of all text, images, data and files you supply, including spelling, names, numbers and dates.
• You confirm that you own, or have permission to use, all content you give us, and that it does not infringe copyright, trademark or other rights, or break any law.
• We may refuse any job that appears unlawful, infringing or offensive.
• Please keep a copy of your original files. We are not responsible for loss of files after the job is complete.
• Unless agreed in writing, you keep the rights to your content, and we may not use it to promote ourselves without your permission.

3. Proofs and approvals

Where a proof is provided, please check it carefully. Once you approve a proof (in writing, by message or by email), we print exactly as approved and are not liable for errors that were in the approved proof.

4. Payment terms

• Payment terms (including any advance) will be stated in the quotation or invoice.
• Work may not start, or goods may not be released, until the agreed payment is received.
• Prices are in Indian Rupees. Applicable taxes, such as GST, are charged where required.
• Website and app projects may be billed in stages as agreed in writing.

5. Turnaround times

Delivery or completion dates are estimates. We try to meet them, but they depend on timely approval of proofs, receipt of payment and materials, and factors beyond our control. We are not liable for delay caused by such factors.

6. Colour variation in print

Colours on screens (RGB) differ from printed colours (CMYK), and slight variation can occur between print runs, papers and machines. Minor variation in colour, trim and alignment within normal industry tolerance is not a defect. Quantities may vary slightly in large print runs where the trade allows this.

7. Cancellations and refunds

• Custom-printed and custom-developed work is made to your order. Once production or development has started, it can be cancelled only with our agreement, and you will pay for work already done and materials used.
• If delivered goods are defective or differ from the approved proof, tell us within 2 working days of delivery with photos. We will reprint or correct the work, or refund the affected part, at our discretion.
• We do not refund for errors in content you supplied or approved.

8. Delivery

Goods can be collected from our address or delivered where available. Delivery charges, if any, will be told to you in advance. Risk passes to you once the goods are handed to you or to the courier. Please inspect goods on receipt and report visible damage or shortage promptly.

9. Limitation of liability

To the extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the specific job concerned. We are not liable for indirect or consequential loss, loss of profit, or loss of business. Nothing here limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

10. Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Jaipur, Rajasthan have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute.

11. Changes

We may update these terms from time to time. The version on this page, with its "Last updated" date, applies.
